Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for your purchase — we’re honored to be part of your wellness journey and hope you love your order. At The Salt & Savor Apothecary, each item is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. This applies to both online and in-person purchases. We do not offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to offer store credit or a replacement.

To be eligible for store credit or a replacement:

• Contact us at hello@thesaltandsavor.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

• Returns are not required — once we receive and review the evidence, store credit or a replacement will be issued.
