I bought the “Arnica & Comfrey Original Plum Muscle Relaxing Massage Oil” several months ago. I exercise between 4-5 days in the week. I use this product after showing to reduce muscle pain. I also like the natural ingredients and fragrance.

I love this stuff! I don't use it for massage as I am too busy with PT, life and business. I do use it for an addition to hand cream and to put on my temples for
headaches and under my nose for the good smell. All around nice stuff to have.
