Magic in a bottle

So I hate pills. Only take em when I have no choice. So my lower back severly tightened after helping a friend move. The spasms and pain were off the hook. My wife had a bottle of the fire and ice miracle. I applied after a shower. I immediately started feeling relief. Next morning I applied again after a hot shower and was able to go in to work.
